      No way!!

Global warming is NOT myth, but science that an overwhelming number of scientists agree on. And scientists like to disagree… we often disagree over the smallest details of a science, just to make sure we get it right! But global warming is one of those things that almost every scientist, and probably every climate scientist you will talk to, agrees on when it comes to the big details: carbon dioxide gases produced by humans as we burn fossil fuels are increasing in the atmosphere, and have been every since the industrial revolution. This increase in carbon dioxide and other GREENHOUSE gases in the atmosphere are causing our atmosphere to ABSORB and hold onto more sunlight, causing the Earth to warm beyond normal levels.

Recent research published in outstanding scientific journals like Nature Magazine show that even small increases in global carbon dioxide atmosphere levels can mean the difference between ice age and tropically warm periods of history! No, unfortunately global warming is NOT a myth, but a very serious issue that humans will need to face head on in the very near future, if not now.

No it’s not a myth. I do believe that it is inevitable though. I think it is something that would be happening regardless of our actions, but our actions are speeding the process up.

It’s not a myth. I all ways think its interesting that so many people disagree with global warming, when there seems to be little evidence against it. So why does no one trust the climate scientists?

I felt inclined to ad a forth – it is not a myth.

I agree with Gem that it is inevitable – but I also think would could do more to discourage the speed at which climate change is occuring!
